End User License Agreement (EULA)

Subject to these terms, you are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to download and use the software solely for personal, non‑commercial purposes unless otherwise stated.

2. Restrictions

• No resale, distribution, sublicensing, or public display of the software or assets.
• No reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembly except where permitted by law.
• No removal or alteration of proprietary notices.

3. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the software and content remain with their respective owners.

4. Updates & Patches

We may provide updates or patches. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where applicable.

5. Third‑Party Components

Software may include third‑party components distributed under their own licenses. Those licenses govern your use of such components.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. You assume all risks arising from its use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid, if any, and excludes indirect or consequential damages.

8. Term & Termination

This EULA remains in effect until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must cease use and delete all copies.
