DMCA Notice Requirements (17 U.S.C. §512)

Counter‑Notice

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal or disabling was due to mistake or misidentification.
4. Your contact information and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court, and acceptance of service from the complaining party.

Process

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material. If a valid counter‑notice is received, we may restore the content after 10–14 business days unless notified of legal action.
